My specific scientific research interests are centred basically on the following themes: African immigrants and the TIC (Technologies of Information and  Communication), the relationships and conflicts of ideas and interests within  migrant communities, the ‘peddling’ trade and its news dynamics, family changes amongst African immigrants, Gender,  matrimonial life and production in the context of immigration,  interculturality, the popular savings of immigrants, the immigrant "Diaspora", women and social exclusion, the historical emigrations of Catalans and Spanish in Africa, the codevelopment and Development cooperation, etc.
